The Audio-Visual Section of the Consulate-General of Japan at Hagatna maintains a collection of more than 200 titles consisting of video cassette tapes in VHS and DVD. Our entire collection is listed in our Audio-Visual Materials List which includes instructions, procedures and forms for borrowing our materials. The section loans its audio-visual materials free of charge to schools, non profit organizations and other groups. In additions, the section upon request arranges special film showing and presentation.
Our audio-visual materials add a unique dimension to the teaching of Japanese language and culture. We strongly encourage the use of these materials in the classroom to help add an international perspective to your curriculum.
