Presentation of “The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays” to Mr. Joseph Delgado Tenorio

On August 19th, 2026, a conferment ceremony for The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays was held at the Official Residence of the Consul-General of Japan in Hagåtña in honor of Mr. Joseph Delgado Tenorio, Former Senior Staff Adviser, Consulate-General of Japan in Hagatna.
This prestigious award was bestowed upon Mr. Tenorio in recognition of his longstanding and distinguished service to the Consulate. At the ceremony, Consul-General Susumu Ueda presented Mr. Tenorio with the certificate and decoration. All in attendance warmly celebrated Mr. Tenorio’s distinguished achievements and receipt of the award.
