On February 10, Consul-General Susumu Ueda and Mrs. Ueda hosted a reception celebrating the Birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. We were honored to welcome Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, Speaker Frank Blas Jr., Rear Adm. Joshua Lasky, and other distinguished guests for this special occasion.
At the venue, we showcased photographs of Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress, introduced members of the Imperial Family through a slideshow presentation, and set up booths to promote the quality of Japanese agricultural products and seafood, and Japanese alcoholic beverages to the invited guests.
